Terminating your membership
We will be sorry to see you go! You can terminate your membership via your Member account. When submitting your termination request, we kindly ask you to share the reason for cancelling and any feedback you may have.
Your termination will be processed once you receive a confirmation from us.
Notice period
For all memberships, a notice period of one period of 4 weeks applies. The notice period starts from the moment you indicate that you wish to terminate your membership and must fall within an active membership period. -
Are you moving to another town? When we don’t have a Mom in Balance location where you are going to live, you can always terminate your membership (early).
