  • Welcome!

    How wonderful that you’re joining us for our workouts!
    We offer a 4-week membership (cancellable per period of 4 weeks), a 12-week membership, and a 52-week (annual) membership. You can choose to work out once a week or unlimited.

    Within your membership, you can easily switch between the Pregnant Workout, Back in Shape, Mpower, and MpowerNext programs. You can also switch between once-a-week and unlimited training yourself via your Member account (see below).


    Membership – Once a Week
    You choose one fixed workout time per week.

    Can’t make it one week? You can easily reschedule your workout to another moment of your choice via the Member App.


    Membership – Unlimited

    You choose one or two fixed workout times per week.

    In addition, you can flexibly and unlimitedly schedule extra workouts via the Member App.


    Minimum membership duration

    If you choose a 4-week membership, the minimum duration is one period of 4 weeks. This membership is entered into for an indefinite period and does not automatically end after this period. It will continue until you indicate that you wish to cancel. Please note that a notice period of one period of 4 weeks applies.

    After completing the term of a 52-week (annual) membership, your membership will automatically be converted into a 4-week membership at the same rate. From that moment on, the membership can be cancelled per period of 4 weeks, with a notice period of one period of 4 weeks.

    Please note: only active (paid) periods of 4 weeks count towards the total duration of your membership.


    Fixed workout time

    We aim to work with fixed groups to create the best possible workout experience. You can reschedule a workout via your Member account if needed.

    Would you like to change your fixed workout time? This can also easily be done via your Member account.

    More information about booking and cancelling workouts can be found under ‘Planning & Changing Workouts’.


    Changing your workout program

    During your membership period, you are free to switch between the different workout programs. Your trainer can advise you on which workout best suits you.

    If you would like to change your membership type (for example from once a week to unlimited), you can easily do so via the Member App:

    1. Open the app and go to ‘My Profile’

    2. Select ‘Membership & Invoices’

    3. Choose the desired membership type

    4. Click ‘Confirm’

    The change takes effect immediately.
