  • Subscriptions

    We’re excited you’re joining us for our workouts! We offer a monthly membership (cancelable monthly), a 12-month membership, and an 18-month membership. You can choose to work out once a week or unlimited times per week. Within your membership, you can easily switch between the workouts: Pregnant Workout, Back in Shape, Mpower, and MpowerNext. You can also switch between once a week and unlimited workouts through your Member App (see below for details).


    Membership - Once a Week

    • Choose one fixed workout time per week.

    • Can’t make it? Reschedule your workout to another moment via the Member App.


    Membership - Unlimited

    • Choose one or two fixed workout times per week.

    • Additionally, you can flexibly and unlimitedly schedule extra workouts via the Member App. .


    Minimum membership duration

    For the monthly membership, the minimum duration is one month. Note that this is an ongoing subscription and will not automatically stop after one month; it will continue until you choose to cancel. A one-month notice period applies for cancellations. After the term of a 12 or 18-month membership, it will automatically renew as an ongoing subscription. Note that only active (paid) months count towards your membership term. After this period, you will continue to pay the same favorable rate, and the subscription can be canceled monthly with a one-month notice period.


    Fixed workout time

    We aim for fixed groups to enhance your workout experience. You can reschedule your workout in your Member App. Want to change your fixed workout time? You can easily update it in your Member App. For more information on booking and canceling workouts, see 'Planning & Changing workouts'.


    Changing your workout program

    During your subscription, you can switch between different workout programs. Your trainer can advise you on which workout suits you best. To change your subscription type, follow these steps via the Member App:

    • Open the app and go to 'My Profile’. - Select 'Subscriptions & Invoices'.

    • Choose the desired subscription type.

    • Click 'Confirm' to apply the change. The change takes effect immediately.
