当您注册成为会员或在我们的网店完成购买时，您允许 " Mom in Balance "处理您的数据。我们可以在不同时刻储存您的个人数据。例如，当您访问Mom in Balance网站、使用会员软件、在我们的线上商店付款、使用我们的服务或联系我们时。如果您不愿意分享您的个人数据，我们将无法处理您的付款，制作发票，交付您的购物。因此，您将无法加入我们的运动课程。我们只在您同意的情况下处理您的个人数据。

• 您的付款细节，以便扣除您的账户的相关费用；

• 您的预产期，这样我们确保可以及时暂停您的会员，并让教练知道您处于哪个阶段；

• 您可以添加您认为教练需要知道的健康备注，我们将会保存这些信息并分享给教练。

在您的会员账户中，您的名字对其他参加您所报名的运动课程的人来说是可见的。您还可以分享一些关于您自己的信息，并上传一张照片。您可以随时删除这些信息，当您结束会员时，这些信息将被自动删除。如果您不希望您的名字与其他参与者分享，您可以给我们发邮件说明：info@mominbalance.nl。我们会确保您是以匿名的方式出现在课程名单上。

有时候我们需要一些信息进行市场调查。我们将以匿名方式使用这些信息。我们不会与外部分享您的答案，也不会公开您的答案

• All employees and trainers sign confidentiality agreements and we have NDAs with third parties

Processors

We may share your personal data with others. In a data processing agreement, we shall agree with those parties that they shall use your data carefully and they shall only receive the data that is relevant for their services. These parties use your data in accordance with our instructions and not for their own purposes. We can share your data for example with our administration software provider B.O.S.S., our web developer Bluefield, our payment processors like Stripe and our Banks. They will take care of the storage of the data and the correct processing of membership payments.


Transfer

We will only process your data within the European Union. We will only process your data outside of the European Union if the country has an effective protection level for your data. We will never transfer your data to other countries or other parties then described above.
